We regularly update our social media with our winners’ stories. We also have a Winners page where you can see all our past winners and the fantastic prizes they have won. 

Please only buy tickets through our website, and follow our official social media accounts. You can find us on Facebook and Instagram. 

Everyone who selects the correct answer to the question is entered into a draw. Using the Google random number generator, the winner will then be chosen randomly from all the correct entries during a live draw.

In the event of an Auto Draw competition, the winner will be decided automatically by our random number generator algorithm, which works in the same way as the Google random number generator. Auto Draw competitions are drawn as soon as the close date has passed or the competition has sold out, whichever comes first. The winner will be notified by email to inform them of their win.

If you’ve won, please ensure that you have given us the correct information to get in touch with you, or another winner will be chosen!

You must be 18 years or older to enter and a resident of the UK or Northern Ireland. 

We can’t accept entries from outside these areas, as other countries’ laws for running competitions vary, and ours have been organised to comply with national laws. 

The competition’s closing date and Live Draw times can be found on our website. Don’t forget to tune into our Live Draws on Instagram & Facebook to find out if you’ve won!

We run our live draws every Tuesday and Friday evening, beginning at 8pm. We go live on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok and draw all of that draws prizes.

Each draws live video is posted on our website and social media to be watched back.

If you’re a winner, you will be emailed about your win soon after the live draw and from there we will arrange to delivery your prize. You will receive a call during the live draw if you’ve won one of the week’s major prizes. 

Auto Draws are automatically drawn after the closing time has passed or it has sold out, so you will be emailed about your win straight after the system finds the winner.

Up-to-date contact information is essential! If we can’t contact you within 30 days of the competition’s closing date, we will need to choose another winner, and you won’t be able to claim the prize. 

You can check and manage your details through your Account. 

You can enter a competition by clicking “Enter Now”. Answer the question and select the number of entries you want. Only correct answers will be entered into the draw.

You can find all your entries in your Basket. Click “proceed to checkout” to process the order. Existing customers will be asked to log into their Accounts. You will need to enter your details if you’re a new customer. Tick the box which says you accept our Terms and Conditions. 

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s). If you have answered the question correctly, you will be entered into the prize draw – good luck! You will not be entered into the draw if you have not answered correctly. 

If you haven’t received an email from us confirming your entry and whether you got the question right or wrong, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please email us at [email protected].

All postal entries must be sent by first-class post. Bulk entries are not accepted / will be counted as a single entry. You can enter as many times as the competition’s maximum amount of entries. Each free entry must be sent separately.
