1. Keeping You Safe

Strictly 18+ You must be 18 or over to enter any competition on our site. We verify identities and may ask for proof of age. If we can’t verify you, you can’t play.

Spend Limits & Caps We have built safeguards to stop things getting out of hand:

• Monthly Spend Limits: You can set a monthly spend limit on your account. Once it is set, we won’t let you exceed it.
• Credit Card Cap: To prevent borrowing to play, we limit credit card payments to a maximum of £250 per month.
• No Credit Cards for Instant Wins: You cannot use a credit card to enter Instant Win competitions.

Taking a Break (Self-Exclusion) If you feel you are spending too much or just need to step away, you can suspend your account.

• The Rule: The minimum suspension period is 6 months.
• The Lock: During this time, your account cannot be reactivated for any reason. Our support team is strictly prohibited from lifting a suspension early, so please do not ask them to.
• The Silence: We will stop all marketing emails and texts to you during this period.

Monitoring We look out for our community. If we see signs of distress, excessive spending, or unusual behaviour, our team may step in to check you are okay or restrict your account to protect you.

Certified Random Draws All our winners are chosen using a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a verifiable independent drawing method. This ensures that every single result is completely random, auditable, and cannot be tampered with.

Guaranteed Draws (No Extensions) This is the Bonkers promise: We never extend a competition just to sell more tickets. If a prize sells out? We draw it. If it doesn’t sell out? We draw it anyway, on the advertised date, with the full prize. No excuses.

Clear Odds We clearly state the maximum number of tickets for every draw so you know exactly what your chances are before you play.

Free Entry Route Every competition has a free postal entry route. We treat these entries exactly the same as paid entries—they have the exact same chance of winning. You can find the specific instructions in our Terms & Conditions.
